I was excited to results and started feeling my best again. In the near future I will start on another program of Quina’s. My goal is to get my arms and muscles in my belly. Gotta lose this c-section belly.

I'm a struggle bus when it comes to working out so I needed something that I could do at home, with minimal equipment, as well as an accountability partner. Qiana's 30 day transformation program was just what I needed to kick my butt into gear. She kept me and the others in the group accountable by calling us out (with love) when necessary and providing alternatives to workouts when we needed it. I lost inches and gained some muscle and have the motivation to keep going. Thanks Qiana!
